I work with people who already understand their past, but still feel the emotional weight of certain memories in their everyday life. My work is focused, practical, and designed to help you change how specific memories affect you—without reopening old wounds.
Since 2014, I’ve been integrating Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with a content-free approach to memory work, so clients can stay fully oriented and in control throughout each session.

Certified NLP Practitioner • Working with clients since 2014
Many of my clients come to me after doing a lot of personal work already. They’ve read the books, been to therapy, and have a clear understanding of what happened in their past. They can explain it, contextualize it, and often even see how it shaped them.
And yet, certain memories still carry a charge. A moment, a look, a phrase, a specific day—it continues to echo in the body long after it’s been intellectually processed. That gap between understanding and how it still feels is where my work focuses.
Since 2014, I’ve been helping clients use practical, structured tools to change how specific memories show up in their emotional experience—without needing to tell the whole story again, re-live the moment, or turn it into a bigger identity project.
My goal is simple: reduce the emotional charge of specific memories so they no longer run the show.
You don’t have to retell the full story, revisit every detail, or go deeper into the narrative of what happened. Instead, we work with how your mind and body are representing a specific memory right now.
You remain fully present, oriented, and in charge throughout the process.
This work is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. I do not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions. Instead, I offer educational, coaching-based tools that help you relate differently to specific memories you already understand.
If you’re an individual who has already done a fair amount of reflection or personal work, but specific memories still feel too loud, my work may be a good fit. I primarily support people who:
Because this is educational, coaching-based work, it’s not appropriate if you are currently in crisis, need clinical support, or are looking for diagnosis or treatment for a mental health condition.
In those situations, a licensed mental health professional is the right next step. My work can sometimes be complementary, but it is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
Sessions are calm, collaborative, and highly focused. I’ll walk you through specific exercises, ask targeted questions, and guide your attention—not your emotions—so we can adjust how a particular memory is wired in your system.
We’ll identify the specific memory or theme you’d like to work with, clarify your goals, and make sure this approach is appropriate for you.
The aim is that the memory feels more distant, less gripping, and less central to how you experience yourself. It becomes something that happened, not something that keeps happening inside you.
You’ll also leave with a clearer sense of how this kind of work functions, so you can decide if and how you’d like to continue.
Everything I offer is educational and coaching-based. I operate as a coach and educator, not as a therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions.
If you are experiencing significant distress, suicidal thoughts, symptoms of trauma, or believe you may have a mental health condition, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional or appropriate medical provider in your area.
My work can sometimes sit alongside therapeutic or medical support, but it is not a replacement for it.
